Brian - I did find the time (albeit at some ungodly hour of the moring in the lab..) and enjoyed the whole reporting of the installations and performances enormously - the pictures helped me get my head around what you were doing! - great fun!

There may be some useful dialogue with the work Kris Popat here is doing with his International Certficate of Digital Creativity - it would certainly be worth you swapping the odd email with him.... and so I've copied him into this.

Hi Brian,
Good to hear from you - it looks a fantastic event!

I liked the combination of images /costume and 'hands on' that was revealed in the photo sequence. For me the big strength is in the merging of media and the pushing of boundaries of installation and technology......combined with the sheer visual delight of the costume and images. The flights of fancy (MP included) and seeing you by the pyramid is fun and creatively challenging. Wish I could have seen it and look forward to seeing more on your site.

I will forward your original email to a couple of colleagues and see if they want to respond to you.

Best regards

Dear Brian,
I must say I enjoyed the event very much. It was a real triumph for you all to put the installation together in such a short length of time.

Please keep me informed of other installations,

Huge thank you for allowing my husband to rediscover his imagination at the end of a hard Friday. Thanks for making The Garden Of Imaginary Delights such fun!

Dear Tony,

I am writing to congratulate everyone involved in 'The Garden of Imaginary Delights.' This was a truly spectacular event and I am sure it has been thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who has had the opportunity to attend. The hard work and commitment of all the students and staff was evident throughout, but above all it was great to see how much enthusiasm everyone had for what they were doing.

As well as having the opportunity to use my bag of objects, I also really enjoyed my magic carpet ride, dressed as a mouse!

Many thanks for the invitation.

May I take this opportunity to wish you all every success with future
projects.

Best wishes,

Diana Bannister

7 October.
I've enjoyed looking at the site and I think that the aims of mediaonics are set out clearly and the style of the writing is accessible to all. I think that the site would benefit from clear links to the key stage 4 programme of study, so that other teachers can see that the course does not only engage learners, but also helps schools meet the statutory curriculum requirements.
I look forward to my next visit to see the broadcasting from next week.

Best wishes
